Written on June 28th, 2017 during the crises of startup founders facing sexual allegations across the globe. The last couple of months have seen CEOs of startup companies face allegations of sexual harassment and organisation culture maligning. ✊ Couple of observation s: (1) #Women cannot be taken for a ride anymore. The basic line of professionalism can't be breached, at office or outside as well. There needs to be a consistent understanding of the human emotional quotient, to deal with the psyche of people. 👉 💆 👈 (2) Employees look upon CxOs and directors with regards to the culture of an organisation. Startups begin lean and grow in shoves, if lucky. A specific culture, set in the initial stages, lasts for a long time, with shattering or shining effects 🎊 (3) Cream-level pleasers are a dime-a-dozen and cannot substantiate their views on the long run.
