The same thing is said about fast food and the over-dependence on it, however I don't see anyone complaining while gorging on a hot dog or stuffing their mouths with the greasy #potatoburger (vadapav) during the Monsoons! The state of mind  - that's what governs our actions. The over-dependence on anything in particular, is taxing to the human system.
