Hold it! Pose for it and say Cheese! The Des-Content Relationship is for all to witness and comment, if necessary.
This is a honest rendition of the love-conquers-all, sort of bonding, between designers and content creators, both, who are an integral part of the marketing jigsaw puzzle
Both of them, come with their own set of work egos, talismanic ideas and process- based approaches.
Less content, more design, content to match the creative, creative punchline v/s creative outline and so on, are some of the topics that continue to seek answers during every important project. Notwithstanding, the turbulence that occurs during urgent tasks, it does become an incorrigible task to put across a point and implement it, without tussling over a few diverse ideas.
Some noteworthy discussions include
  1. Catchy Punchlines Please: At the drop of a hat, punchlines are needed to typically match the creative. It's exhilarating to think about, however puts a certain amount of stress on the copywriter, which is also a demand of the job! #catch22
  2. Color Palette Talk: It's advised to stick to the color palette, with little room for experimentation in corporate projects. Neither a shade up or shade down is encouraged. The CMYK/RGB colors combos are always a talk point, along with managing primary/secondary palette hues #colorityellow
  3. Content-on-Demand: More than an imaginable service, however expectations are always sky rocketing. Every copywriter is looked upon as a parish/diocesewho can render sermons on the right content at will, in a flash! Living life on the edge, #ohyeah!
  4. Deadlines are such a FarceThe Des-Content Relationship is expected to have a gestation period of under couple of days, before beginning to churn out tasks, from the creativity stable at unheard timelines, that could shatter Usain Bolt's Olympic records. Love or hate each other, the two are inseparable. #loveall
  5. Random Requests: Bearing the brunt of last minute and random requests is this Des-Content Relationship. Dealing with ridiculous rants and their despicable individuals, safely helps in developing the 'I-have-your-back' sorta relationship! #aintthatcute
Truth be told, there's practically no use of staying discontent within The Des-Content Relationship, where a marriage of thoughts and ideas isn't always equally blessed. The union between the roles in question, isn't actually a real need. Being different does work in the advantage of the team.
This relationship thrives on difference in opinions and needs uncultured thoughts to grow stronger and get more slicker work done together.
Matching style, charisma, poise and grace, with such pizzazz
Roll out the razzmatazz! The copywriter and design geniuses are in the house!
