A lot of us, might have passed through the #emodrain phase, however looked down upon it, as an evil for the conscience. Let's be honest, this can be a blessing in disguise. 😚

Emotional drains aren't your run-of-the-mill, daily pressures that engulf us. Their entry into our lives are typically low key, however they have the capability of zapping our energy levels and emotional stability to no bounds. 😩

A long standing mathematical equation, a writer's block, a large C# debugged code, a treacherous hike and a 0-100 kph in under 5 seconds test are all some quick examples.

An #emodrain pierces through the soul, scratches the dermis and punctures the rims of positivism. It flushes out any sane realm of thought and makes a person doubts his/her self-approved way of functioning. Can we call this an personal event of catastrophic proportions? 😶

I'd beg to differ on certain accounts. Sometimes, or rather, at important phases of an individual's life, #emodrains are essential. It allows one to experience 'nadir' and find ways back to the peak. 🌈

It helps bin any garbage value emotions that reside within us, thereby cleansing the mind and soul in the process. 😘

Honestly, the #emodrain never comes with an invitation. It is wrapped with the gloss paper of opportunity and ribbon of patience. It demands the pulling out of the unused energy reserves within us and challenges ourselves to reach new heights, while exploring some glorious and frightening milestones on the way. 😄

The #emodrain is definitely helpful to rediscover one's self and search for new perspectives in life.

So, next time whenever the chips are down, the body starts perspiring for no reason and when challenges are rife, get set for an #emodrain

This 'punch in the gut' could be your best bet to prosper in the paddy fields of life. #AllAboard
