Reliving Real Life through #ReelLife #MovieExtraordinaire

#Dangal #MovieReview

There is something about Aamir Khan and his preparation for a role. While we might call his 'Fat to Fit' video as pure publicity gimmick, I would look at it differently after watching this movie. 🌟😇

Truth be told, his sheer brilliance in delivering performances that test the nuances of an actor is commendable. He plays the role of Mahavir Singh Phogat, the national-level wrestler who cut short his dream of pursuing a medal for the nation in wrestling, due to peer pressure and our society's negligence towards sports as a career. 🏳🏡

As the character trains his daughters towards becoming wrestlers in a supposedly 'men-only' sport, one starts noticing the effort and ease with which Aamir Khan has picked even small characteristic of the wrestler, right from being youngster in the ranks till acting like a thespian. ☺

What makes Aamir stand out is his belief in 'equal playing field' for all. He allowed the ladies in the movie to share the screen equally and not once does one feel that he is hogging the screen space. #MarkofATrue actor. 🙋🏻‍♂

The child artist and female debutants deserve a round of applause for acting out the roles of Geeta and Babita Phogat with a lot of zest and energy. The artistes emote brilliantly and their performances are well noticed. 👌🏼🌟 Television actress Sakshi Tanwar plays the coy desi wife with ease (chew off from her Saas-Bahu serial days.) It was good to see that the regular boy vs girl bloodbath type talk wasn't given too much focus. 😳😚😮

The gold medalling winning sequence is wonderful and did leave a lot of people teary-eyed. The wrestling bouts have been shot and executed with some good amount of detailing. 🏋🏻‍♀

Some good takeaways from the movie include, "Every woman has the potential to outwit and stay at par with men,' 'Always respect your roots, no matter how much of success one attains,' 'Pain is necessary for a larger Gain,' 'In the bout of life, sometimes one needs to take a decision that is different and has the potential to be game-changing.' 📽🎥📸

A movie is worth the two hours spent and inspirational in many ways. Great job by Aamir Khan, his production team, Nitesh Tiwari (Director) and the entire cast of #Dangal. #Believe
